An 8-day Egypt Cultural Tour highlighting most of Egypt's attractions, including Cairo's Pyramids, Saqqara, and Memphis, Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor, visiting Philae Temple, Edfu, and Kom Ombo; Luxor's West and East Bank with Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, and Karnak. Optional flight to Alexandria to visit the Library of Alexandria, Pharos Lighthouse, Citadel of Qaitbay, the Citadel of Qaitbay, St. Mark's Church, and the harbor. Finally, Cairo's Egyptian Museum, Citadel, and Coptic Cairo sites.

Itinerary

Day 1:
Arrival in Cairo & Hotel Transfer

Upon reaching Cairo International Airport, you shall be greeted by a wonderfully organized transfer service tailored to the specific arrival time of your plane. Your guide will greet you, accompany you by air-conditioned vehicle and take you to your hotel for check-in.

Stay overnight at Cairo.

 

Day 2:
Explore Giza Pyramids & Memphis and Saqqara

Begin your Egypt adventure by having breakfast at your hotel and meeting your professional tour guide. Tour the iconic image of the Pyramids of Giza, including the Great Pyramids, the Mighty Sphinx, the Valley Temple, and other famous remains. Continue to the pyramid of the Step Pyramid of Djoser found at Saqqara, the city of Memphis.

Dine at a local restaurant along the journey. Relax and drive back to the comfort of your hotel in Cairo after a day spent a considerable time sightseeing. Once more, it is an overnight stay in the hotel.

Evening Option: Experience a special night show, "Pyramids Sound & Light Show" at the Pyramids.
 

Day 3:
Discover Aswan: High Dam, Philae Temple & Cruise

Your guide will come to your hotel in Cairo after you finish breakfast to help you reach the airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon your arrival at the Aswan airport, your guide will detail your first expedition by private air-conditioned vehicle. The first visit will be made to the massive Aswan High Dam, which presents you with a view that extends toward the waters of Lake Nasser. Following this, there is the most splendid visit to the masterpiece temple of Philae, where the goddess Isis waits in attendance. Next, there will be an air-conditioned car waiting to take you to the cruise ship sailing the Nile toward Edfu.

Day 4:
Journey Through Edfu & Kom Ombo Temples

After breakfast on board, your guide also meets you at the cruise to start the day's sightseeing. Your first stop is the magnificent Temple of Horus at Edfu. It is considered one of the best-preserved ancient buildings in Egypt. Return to the cruise and then continue to the next stop: the Kom Ombo Temple, built in honor of two gods, Sobek and Horus. Later that evening, indulge in a gala dinner Party onboard as the cruise sails down to Luxor.

Day 5:
Exploer West & East Banks with Optional Balloon Ride

After breakfast on board, meet your tour guide and transfer from the ship on your own private air-conditioned vehicle to explore the west bank of Luxor. Begin with the Valley of the Kings. Visit the Queen Hatshepsut temple along with some other amazing monuments. Stop at the great Colossi of Memnon, though, as seen from along the Nile. After the sightseeing, return to the cruise ship for the night.

Overnight on board. 

The next day, the guide will take you on the east bank of Luxor to see the magnificence of Karnak Temple, along with that of Luxor Temple. After this tour, you will be transferred to Luxor airport for your flight to Cairo and then to your hotel. 

Overnight in Cairo. 

Optional (Day 6): Balloon ride-Marvel with a sublime sunrise view of the Valley of the Kings on a hot air balloon flight (Duration of flight: 30–45 minutes).

Day 6:
Discover Alexandria’s Heritage & Iconic Sites

Your specialist guide will be waiting for you at your hotel to rush you to Luxor airport. Include some very special landmarks in the program: the majestic Library of Alexandria and the world-famous remnants of the Pharos Lighthouse, now known as the fortress of Qaitbay The highlights that will be lined up here are the ancient mosque in memory of Alexander the Great, the memorial site, and the ruins of its first church in all of Africa., the Church of Marc.

Next, enjoy views of the city from Alexandria’s Old Harbour, then visit downtown Alexandria. After the tour, you will be comfortably transferred back to your hotel in Cairo.

 Note: The Library of Alexandria is closed on Fridays and public holidays.

Day 7:
Explore Cairo: Egyptian Museum, Citadel & Historic Sites

Your tour guide will arrive at your hotel to start your special day, which will take you through Cairo's attractions. Start your day at the Egyptian Museum, which displays Egypt's most impressive ancient artifacts. The tour will proceed to the historic Citadel of Salah El Din, which includes a visit to the stunning Mohamed Ali Mosque. The final stop of the day takes us to Old Cairo, where we will visit the Abu Serga Church, the Hanging Church, and the Ben Ezra Synagogue.

You will spend the night at your Cairo hotel.

Evening Option: Experience a magical 2-hour Nile dinner cruise, which features a traditional folk dance performance.

Day 8:
Departure from Cairo

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then you will be transferred to Cairo Airport  in time for your departure.

Note: Feel free to add/remove any of your tour itineraries.
