Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, your private tour guide will meet and assist you with the arrival procedures. You will then be transferred to your hotel in a private, air-conditioned vehicle.

After breakfast, visit the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, home to an impressive collection showcasing Egypt's history, including the famous Royal Mummies.

Next, go to Old Cairo. Walk around and see several old churches and other religious sites. After lunch at a local restaurant, visit the Salah El-Din Citadel. Then go on to the Mohammed Ali Mosque.

From the Citadel, enjoy panoramic views across Cairo before returning to your hotel.

Return to the cruise for dinner and spend your first night sailing along the Nile.

Next, go to the Colossi of Memnon. These are two huge statue figures. They used to stand near the entrance of Amenhotep III’s temple.

For an additional adventure, you can add the Abu Simbel trip. You will ride in a private, air-conditioned car from Aswan to Abu Simbel. The drive takes about three and a half hours each way.

When you arrive, you will see the Temples of Abu Simbel. These temples were made by King Ramesses II. They were set for key ancient Egyptian gods and for the king as well.

After the visit, you will go back to Aswan. Spend your last night in southern Egypt at your own pace.
