Mövenpick SS Misr

Aswan

Description

The Mövenpick SS Misr is kinda a historic luxury Nile steamship , built in 1918 and once used by King Farouk. You get 24 units, meaning cabins and suites , dressed up in the period designs, with Art Deco vibes and a few Louis XV or Louis XVI accents mixed in. Aboard there are places to hang around like the Marasem Restaurant, Saraya Lounge, Dhabiyyat Bar, and also a sun deck with a pool. It runs on 3-night or 4-night journeys between Luxor and Aswan, with guided archaeological excursions too, so it feels more than just a ride, it’s more like a slow moving visit.
