Children Policy

At New Travel Dynamics, we are pleased to offer special rates for children traveling with their families:

• Children under 2 years old: Travel free of charge when accompanied by their parents.
• Children from 2 to 6 years old: Charged 25% of the adult price.
• Children from 6 to 11 years old: Charged 50% of the adult price.
• Children aged 12 years and above: Charged at the full adult rate.

Cancellation

• The full amount of the cruise will be charged if cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date.
• 50% of the whole cruise amount will be charged if cancellation is received 60 to 31 days prior to check-in date.
• 15 % of the whole cruise amount will be charged if cancellation is received from 90 to 61 days prior to check-in date.
• Full refund of payment will be given if cancellation is received before 91 days prior to check-in date.

Deposit And Balance Of Payment

To ensure availability and secure your preferred Nile Cruise or travel package, we recommend making your reservation as early as possible.

A 25% deposit of the total trip cost is required to confirm and secure your booking. During peak travel periods, including Christmas and New Year holidays, a 50% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.

Please note that the deposit will be deducted from your final payment balance.

Tipping

Tipping is a common gesture in Egypt to show appreciation for the good service provided by staff during your trip. It is a traditional way to express satisfaction and gratitude for the efforts made to ensure you have a pleasant experience.

At New Travel Dynamics, we advise that tipping is entirely optional. If you feel the service you received deserves recognition, a tip would be greatly appreciated by the staff. However, please note that you are not obligated to offer a tip if you prefer not to.
