Itinerary, kind of the good stuff
Cairo and Giza treasures: Start off with a proper look at the impressive Giza Pyramids, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the mysterious Sphinx. After that, wander through the huge artifact collections at the Grand Egyptian Museum, where the legendary Tutankhamun treasures are included, then go deeper into the old school atmosphere of Coptic and Islamic Cairo, including the medieval landmark Bab Zuweila. 

Aswan and Luxor Nile cruise: Then head south to Upper Egypt, and step into a 4-day luxury Nile River cruise. Glide along scenic vistas, plus stop to see the truly unforgettable temples of Abu Simbel and Philae in Aswan. Next you’ll visit the massive Karnak and Luxor temples on the East Bank. Later, you cross over to the West Bank to explore the Valley of the Kings and the bold Temple of Hatshepsut, it’s basically a real open-air museum.

Sharm El Sheikh wind-down: Finish everything in Sharm El Sheikh, where you can relax along South Sinai’s clean coastal views, and also the desert scenery beyond them, slow pace, no pressure, just unwind.

Day 1:
Arrival Cairo

Welcome to Cairo, Egypt  

Our new Travel Dynamics tour leader will meet you at Cairo International Airport with a signboard, carrying your name . It’s time to take it easy after a long flight! You will be moved to your hotel in a private, air conditioned vehicle. At the hotel our representative will help you with a quick check in and go over your Pyramids, Nile Cruise, and Sharm El Sheikh Wheelchair Accessible Tour plan with you to double-check and confirm the pick up times for each activity.  

Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2:
Pyramids and Saqqara Tour

After enjoying your breakfast at the hotel in Cairo, your private tour guide will meet you to start your Cairo Day Tours, and then we head to the famous Giza Plateau, where you can actually witness the Great Pyramid of Cheops, the only monument still remaining from the seven man made wonders of the ancient world, plus the pyramids of Chephren and Mycerinus. Those were the descendants of Cheops and Snefru, who founded the 4th dynasty in ancient Egypt, during the Old Kingdom era. You will also see the Great Sphinx and the mummification temple, also called the Valley Temple, facing the imposing statue. Our visit to the plateau includes a panoramic viewpoint, to have a scenery view and take the best photo session during the Giza Pyramids tour together, and if you feel like it you can add a camel ride in Giza Pyramids (optional activity).

Now let’s go to Saqqara Necropolis to visit the step pyramid complex, and the first building fully made out of stone all over the world, that is the Djoser Step Pyramid. The tour includes entrance to the pyramid of Teti, which has the most magnificent interior among all the accessible pyramids, and also the Tombs of the Nobles at Saqqara, built for the husbands of two daughters of King Teti. So you get a clear impression of daily life in ancient Egypt, with all its actions and activities inscribed and painted on the walls and corridors inside those 4000 years old tombs.  

After lunch, get ready because we will go to Memphis, the capital of the pharaohs for one thousand years and a very important religious and cultural center throughout three thousand years of ancient Egyptian civilization. Here we visit the open-air museum famous for its alabaster sphinx, the second largest made out of an 80 tons block of marble, and the broken huge statue of Ramses the second. Finally you will go back to your hotel and overnight in Cairo.

Day 3:
Aswan Tours

Check this out, in the early morning, you’ll get checked out and transfer to Cairo International Airport. From there, we heading by plane to Aswan. Our local representatives will meet you and do the transfer, then you will go to the Cruise. We will embark before lunch and you can enjoy your lunch aboard the boat, kinda easy, you know.  

Then, Start your Aswan day tours to visit the High Dam, which was opened in 1971, and the Philae temple, built on an amazing island, then after that we will sail to Kom Ombo. During the afternoon tea time, you will enjoy a break and afterwards, you will visit the temple that is shared by the two gods Sobek and Haroeris.  

Later we will sail towards Edfu to see the most attractive temples in Egypt. Your dinner will be served aboard the cruise boat. At the end of the day , enjoy a disco party

Day 4:
Edfu Temple

Breakfast will be served onboard your deluxe Nile Cruise then we going to do visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu, which is the most impressive monument made for the worship of Horus ,the sky god and protector of kingship in ancient Egypt, yes the famous falcon deity Horus. After that, you will cross the lock and continue sailing towards Luxor. Now just enjoy your afternoon tea and dinner will be offered on board too. You will attend the Galabya party, and maybe you will feel a bit amazed, it happens.

Day 5:
Luxor Nile Cruise Tours

After Breakfast aboard the boat, you’ll start the West Bank of Luxor tour by visiting the Valley of the Kings where you can go inside the tombs of different dynasties during the New Kingdom. Then you’ll visit the Temple of Deir El Bahari, and continue your East Bank of Luxor tour, where you will see the Karnak Temple complex. This complex was built by many kings, as a throne like place of Amun-Re, the solar disk deity in ancient Egyptian religion. After that, you’ll visit Luxor Temple, and at the Temple of Luxor you will be impressed by the courtyard, colossal columns and the granite statues of Ramses the Great. On the return, the trip pauses at the Colossi of Memnon, which are two massive sitting statues representing Amenhotep III facing the Nile. Then lunch on board the Nile Cruise, and stay the night, thinking about how really great the Luxor day tours were.

Day 6:
Luxor to Sharm El Sheikh by Flight

After enjoying your tasty breakfast , be ready for the Disembarkation part. You will be transferred towards Luxor Airport for a flight to Sharm, and continue with your Egypt travel packages from there. Once you arrive at Sharm Airport , you will check in at your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh and then overnight there.

Day 7:
Sharm El Sheikh Optional Tour to Ras Mohammed National Park

Just enjoy a free day in Sharm El Sheikh, or maybe slip into our optional trip heading towards Ras Mohammed National Park, which is both a terrestrial and an aquatic nature reserve. The 480 square kilometers protected area sits right where the Gulf of Suez touches the Gulf of Aqaba, at Sinai's southern end, so you get this mix of landscapes and water scenery.

Day 8:
Sharm El Sheikh Optional Quad Bike Adventure

Have a soothing free morning at your own leisure, or, if you prefer join an optional tour at 2:00 pm. We’ll pick you up from your hotel and then drive to the Quad Bike Centre, it’s about 15 minutes away. After a brief safety briefing and driving instructions, you’ll start the quad bike adventure right in Sharm, drive across the sand dunes of the Sinai desert and take in the truly spectacular views. The evening is free too, then you stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 9:
Sharm El Sheikh Optional Tour to St. Catherine Monastery

Spend a free day in Sharm  or, if you prefer, join our optional trip to the Monastery of St. Catherine which is right in the center of Sinai, and not far from the foot of Gebel Musa, or Mount Sinai tours where Moses received the commandments. The monastery of Saint Catherine, fronted by gardens and cypress trees, is owned and run by the Greek Orthodox Church. Its rich library contains the world’s second-largest selection of illuminated manuscripts, after the Vatican, so it feels kind of special in a quiet way.  

At the site you can visit the Burning Bush, and you’ll also find plenty of antique works of art, like invaluable icons, beautifully carved doors, lovely wall paintings, and other fine religious ornaments .  

Overnight in Sharm.

Day 10:
Fly Back to Cairo

You can take your tasty breakfast at the hotel in Sharm El Sheikh then you will head to Sharm El Sheikh Airport to fly to Cairo. Stay overnight in Cairo.

Day 11:
Cairo City Tour

In the early morning, enjoy your breakfast at your hotel in Cairo and then you will be guided, sort of accompanied by your private tour guide to begin the Cairo trips by visiting the Egyptian Museum. There you can see the largest collection of Egyptian antiquities anywhere in the world and also the only royal treasure that was found intact, the Treasures of the golden pharaoh Tutankhamen. This is included in all of our Egypt tours for the disabled.

After that , we will visit the Citadel of Saladin. Inside , you can step into the Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque and then get a panoramic view over the Islamic district of Cairo, with mosques, minarets, and domes that are hundreds of years old, some even more than one thousand years, so it really feels… timeless.

Next, proceed to Coptic Cairo tour and visit the ancient Roman fortress of Babylon. There you will see the Hanging Church, hung above its old towers , and also the Church of St Sergius, which includes a crypt where the holy family stayed nearly three months. You will also hear about the spring from which they received their water supplies. Then we will visit Ben Ezra Synagogue, said to be the location of the pharaoh’s palace where the basket of Moses was picked up from the Nile.

After lunch, we will go to enjoy Islamic Cairo trips and explore the walls and barriers of this antiquated city, then walk through its old streets. These lanes go back to the 10th century. The walk ends with tea at Fishawy, the oldest cafe in Khan El Khalili , Cairo’s old bazaar. At the end of the day, you will return to the hotel and overnight in Cairo.

Day 12:
Final Departure

After having your last breakfast in the hotel, our representative will pick  you up and transfer you to Cairo International Airport for departure. This happens at the end of your 12 Days Pyramids, Nile Cruise, and Sharm El Sheikh Wheelchair Accessible Tour, so you can head out and relax.
