10 Days Egypt Tour: Cairo and Nile Cruise

Your tour guide will meet you and assist at Cairo International Airport (arrival procedures) then he will escort you to the hotel using an exclusive, air conditioned deluxe vehicle. At the hotel, the tour guide will help you with a smooth check-in, and then review your holiday itinerary with you in order to confirm pick-up times for each tour.

Overnight in Cairo.

After you enjoy a really wholesome breakfast at your hotel (like, the kind you dont forget), your personal guide will quietly usher you to the Giza Plateau to begin, you know, the whole journey with that wow feeling at one of the Seven Wonders, the Great Pyramids of Giza. Then you’ll walk around and marvel at the well-known Sphinx plus the Valley Temple, it’s all very impressive even if you tried to be unamazed.

Once your pyramid time is finished, you’ll head to lunch at an authentic Egyptian restaurant. After that, you’ll move on to the New Grand Egyptian Museum—Egypt’s newest landmark, only two kilometers from the pyramids, and also one of the world’s largest plus most advanced archaeological museums. It holds more than 100,000 artifacts across 5,000 years, including the complete Tutankhamun collection, shown together for the first time. Later, you return back to your hotel.

Get out from the hotel in the early morning, then transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Luxor. There you will be met and assisted, after that you’ll move with an air conditioned deluxe vehicle to start your Nile Cruise. Have your lunch on board while the boat is sailing. Later on, enjoy some free time at leisure , with afternoon tea served on the cruise ship, not rushing, just relaxing. Dinner is also on board.

During breakfast on board while sailing toward Edfu at the morning, we then just kind of slip into a visit to the Horus Temple at Edfu, which is said to be the best preserved temple of cult style in Egypt. After that, back to the Nile cruise boat, and keep going to Kom Ombo, no rush. Lunch on board comes next with afternoon tea, then some free time , for rest and strolling around in your own pace. In the evening dinner on board, followed by the Egyptian galabya party, with music and a good vibe.

Set out quite early, head toward Aswan while you’re having your breakfast on board, then, you will be met to enjoy a day tour, it’s mostly about the Granite Quarries and the Temple of Philae. After that, you go back to your cruise where Lunch gets served on board. Later, end the night with a tasty dinner on board, together with a belly dance performance and an Egyptian folkloric show.

Breakfast is served onboard your Nile cruise, with some free time at leisure in Aswan or if you prefer, you can pick an optional outing to the Abu Simbel Temples. The transfer is around 3 hours by private, air-conditioned vehicle, leaving Aswan and heading toward Abu Simbel. Once you arrive, you’ll see the breathtaking Temples of Ramses II here at Abu Simbel, dedicated to the four universal gods: Ptah, Re-Harakhte, Amun-Re, and also to Ramesses II. After that, it’s back to your Nile Cruise in Aswan. You get more free time at leisure, then dinner is served onboard and you can sit back, relax, and enjoy a Nubian Show.

After that, head back to the Nile Cruise to set sail for Edfu, with lunch served while you’re on board. Keep moving along the river until Esna, there you can relax with afternoon tea on board. Dinner is served onboard in Esna.

Visits: Kom Ombo Temple

Sail toward Luxor with breakfast served on board your Nile Cruise, then you go ahead and off, to enjoy a guided tour, to the West Bank along the River Nile in Luxor. There you see the Valley of the Kings, the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut, the powerful Egyptian queen, and also the Colossi of Memnon. Afterwards, you return back to the cruise for lunch and dinner served on board.

Have breakfast on board, then disembark from your Nile cruise in Luxor, and kinda just go on from there with a guided excursion of the East Bank. You’ll get to see the stunning Karnak Temple along with Luxor Temple, which feels almost unreal in person. Lunch will be served at a solid quality restaurant in Luxor. After that, you will be whisked over to Luxor Airport so you can fly back to Cairo, there you will be met and assisted at the airport, then escorted to your hotel near Cairo Airport.
