At the start of the day, our guide will meet you in Port Said. We begin the Private Half-Day Tour to the Giza Pyramids, with camel riding included.
Your Egyptologist will walk with you to the Giza Plateau. There you will see one of the old wonders of the ancient world that still stands. It is the Great Pyramids of Cheops. You will also view the pyramids built by his successors, Chephren and Mycerinus.
You will stop to see the Sphinx as well. It was buried under sand for many years. Later, it was found again in recent times. People connect it with the head of a man, linked to human thought. The body is said to show the lion’s strength.
Next, you will visit the Valley Temple of Chephren. It is tied to the burial of his body. The temple sits near the large statue. After that, you can ride camels around the plateau. Our guide will help you take good photos.
You can also ride the camels from the panorama area. If you want, you may add a stop at the Solar boat museum. An extra ticket will be needed for that.
After your Cairo trips end, we will take you back to Port Said. This happens once the private half-day tour to the Giza Pyramids from Port Said is finished.
