Have a great day trip to St. Simeon Monastery.
A driver will pick you up at your hotel in Aswan.
Then you will be taken to St. Simeon Monastery, which sits across from the south end of Elephantine Island.

Long ago, the place was known as Anba Hatre Monastery.
The main church in the monastery was built in the first half of the 11th century.
Some sources suggest it could be from the 10th century.
Either way, it is the oldest church of its kind in Egypt.

The tour showed excellent organization because every aspect was properly managed from beginning to end. The free time I received allowed me to explore at my own speed, which I found enjoyable. The special thanks go to Mr. Abdullah and driver mesho because they demonstrated professional behavior and trustworthy conduct. The staff members displayed a friendly attitude, which they combined with their willingness to assist customers. The price was reasonable, and the explanations were clear and easy to follow. I would recommend the company, although a few details could be improved slightly.
