Day :

Take a Felucca trip in Aswan. A guide will meet you at your hotel or on your Nile cruise. Then you will sail on the river for about one hour. The route passes by Elephantine Island. You will also stop at the Botanical Gardens. These gardens have many plants that were brought in from different parts of the world.  

In 1899, Lord Kitchener used the island as a resting place during his campaign. People later called it the Lord’s house. After he passed away, the island became part of the ministry of agriculture.  

When the visit is done, you will be taken back to your hotel or to your Nile cruise in Aswan.
