Your Fayoum and White Desert tour starts with a morning pick-up from your Cairo hotel. You will head southwest toward the Fayoum Oasis. First, you will stop at Qarun Lake. It is one of Egypt’s oldest natural lakes.
After that, you will have lunch in Fayoum. Then you go to Wadi El Hitan, also called Whale Valley. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is known for ancient whale fossils. Next, you will visit Wadi El Rayyan. There you can see waterfalls, sand dunes, and wide desert views.

After you finish breakfast, head across the Western Desert to Bahariya Oasis. Have lunch when you arrive. Then get going at about 4x4 time and start moving through the sands.
First, go through the Black Desert. It feels wild and dark. After that, drive on to the Valley of Agabat. The rock shapes there stand out in a different way. Make a stop at Crystal Mountain. Then continue to White Desert National Park, where the ground turns pale and the chalk forms look sharp.
Set up camp in the White Desert and spend the evening enjoying the peaceful desert surroundings and a sky full of stars.

Stop at English Mountain to enjoy wide desert views. Next, unwind at the natural Hot Springs. After lunch in Bahariya, drive back to Cairo , ending your 3 day White Desert Egypt tour.
