3-Day Tour to White Desert & Bahariya
Join a 3-day trip to the Bahariya Oases. We sleep in the White Desert with camping. You will see the sights of this special part of the Western Desert. We also visit places like the Alexander Temple and the Crystal Mountain, plus other local landmarks.
Itinerary
Day 1:

At 7:00, your guide and driver will meet you at your hotel in Cairo. They will take you to Bahariya Oasis, about 360 km to the east. The drive usually lasts around 4 hours. Lunch will be served after you arrive.
Next, you will visit the Golden Mummy show room. Then you will see the nobles tombs, including 2 tombs. These are from the 26th dynasty. You will also tour the big burial site at Bahariya Oasis in Egypt’s Western Desert, and the Tomb of Bannantiu at Bahariya Oasis. After that, you will climb the English House.
Overnight will be in Bahariya Oasis.

After breakfast, get back in the car and head to the Black Desert. Then go on to El Haize natural hot spring, also known as St. George Oasis. Next, drive to Crystal Mountain to see the quartz crystal there. After that, stop at the Valley of Agabat to view the rocky formations.
From there, continue to the White Desert National Park. It is one of the most famous desert spots in Egypt, and people do not say it lightly. The wind has carved strange rock shapes over time. Some look like giant mushrooms, and others look like small pebbles. This kind of scenery is hard to match anywhere else.
At night, you can camp in the White Desert. Or you can stay overnight at Farafra Oasis Hotel, depending on what is available.

Have breakfast at the campsite and watch the sunrise. The view is really good. After that, you will be taken back to Cairo.
