Start at 4:00 am. A driver will collect you from your hotel in Cairo, then you go to Siwa. The drive takes around 10 hours.
When you arrive, check in at the eco-lodge. Have a good breakfast, then head to Shali Old Town. Spend time wandering through the area and taking in the views.
Later, you can slow down and swim in the Siwa Salt Lakes. Wait for the sunset, when the sky looks especially beautiful.
After that, relax at a hot spring at a campsite. Then have dinner at Albabenshal Heritage Restaurant.
Stay overnight in Siwa.
