Itinerary

Day 1:
El Bahariya Oasis

Get transfer by car from Cairo to El Bahariya Oasis, it’s about 385 km, and around 4 hours. When you reach there check in first at the International Health Center, then just take it easy and do a local tour around the oasis till sunset. You’ll be able to notice the quiet desert mood, and those special natural formations that make the landscape feel different.

After that, relax with a hot spring massage, a sauna, plus access to the gymnasium. It’s a solid way to recover from the trip, and still enjoy that calm Bahariya Oasis atmosphere without rushing anything.

End the day with a delicious dinner and overnight camping under the stars, surrounded by the beautiful landscapes of the Egyptian desert.

Day 2:
White Desert

Have breakfast first before you head out, on a thrilling day trip that’s kinda half-asphalt, half off-road, riding a Land Cruiser to see the spectacular Black Desert and White Desert. Experience the dramatic desert landscapes, volcanic hills, golden dunes, and unique rock formations along the way.

Stop for a tasty picnic lunch among the quiet Egyptian desert, then keep going toward the White Desert. There, you’ll catch a stunning sunset, like the whole sandscape shifts its tones under that evening sky.

After the sun goes down, enjoy a warm dinner and just unwind in the calm White Desert surroundings. Then you’ll sleep for the night camping under the stars, with those magical landscapes all around, one of Egypt’s most remarkable desert spots, honestly.

Day 3:
Departure

Have breakfast, then get back to El Bahariya Oasis, and look around at those mind-blowing archaeological items the region has, kinda like real treasures. Go see the Greek-Roman mummies at the Antiquities Office and also find the Greek-Roman burial ground, from the Valley of the Golden Mummies.

After that, head over to the Temple of Alexander the Great and continue toward the Pharaonic Temple of Ain El Maftella, which is from the 26th Dynasty. Next, visit the Pharaonic Tomb of Banatiu, still from the 26th Dynasty, and take a deeper breath into the old history and the civilizations that once thrived in Bahariya Oasis.

Have lunch, then start heading back toward Cairo and wrap up your unforgettable Egypt Desert Tour through Bahariya Oasis, the Black Desert and the White Desert.
