When you land at Luxor Airport or arrive at the train station, someone will meet you and then take you by car to Esna. You will check in on the Queen Cleopatra Dahabiya.
After that, you will start your cruise toward El-Hegez. Along the way, you can take a relaxed walk in a lovely village and see the scenery up close. The Dahabiya will stay moored there overnight. You will have time for a calm dinner and a good night’s sleep.

Have breakfast on board and start the morning well. Then go to the Kom Ombo Temple, which is very interesting to see. After that, cruise in a calm way toward the necropolis at El-Kab. This is the old place called Nekheb, where you can walk through temple remains and tombs carved into the cliffs.
Next, head to Edfu. You will see the Temple of Horus there. It looks like it was kept in place for a long time, even though it was covered by the desert for centuries.
In the evening, sail to a small island close to Edfu. Drop anchor and stay overnight on the boat.
